Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact details, nationality, passport and immigration information, family and employment records, financial evidence, travel history, health information relevant to a visa, criminal or compliance disclosures, communications and website enquiry data.
For localisation, the website may use the country associated with a network request and the browser's language preference. We do not request precise GPS location. A tvc_locale cookie stores a visitor's manual language choice for up to one year.
We use Google Consent Mode for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. Before you make a privacy choice, Google tags may load with analytics and advertising storage denied and may send limited, cookieless measurement signals. If you choose Analytics only, analytics storage is allowed while advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied. If you choose Accept all, both analytics and advertising measurement signals are allowed. We do not send consultation form contents such as your name, email address, telephone number or message to Google Analytics.
Do not send passports, bank records, medical records or criminal-history documents through an unconfirmed contact channel. The Firm will provide a suitable channel after engagement.
How information is used
Information may be used to assess an enquiry, check conflicts, identify an appropriate immigration route, provide legal services, prepare or support applications, communicate with the client, manage follow-up in the protected customer relationship dashboard, keep professional records, prevent fraud and comply with legal or professional obligations. Approximate country and browser language are used only to present a suitable website language.
Retention
Initial enquiry records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage follow-up, prevent duplicate submissions and establish whether a professional engagement will begin. Client files are then retained under the responsible Service Provider's engagement terms and applicable professional or legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Some information must still be retained for legal or professional reasons. Privacy requests can be sent by replying to the consultation email.
Security and international handling
The Firm will use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. Visa matters can require information to be handled across borders and disclosed to the authority responsible for the application. No internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a lawyer-client relationship. See the Terms of Service.
