Our Retirement Fast-Track is for people aged 50+ arriving visa-free, on a visa on arrival or on a tourist visa. You come to our Phuket office, then go to Immigration once to sign and have your photo taken. The visa is issued 3 business days from your arrival and the start of the application, if approved. It costs ฿95,000 fixed, including government fees, help opening a Thai bank account and the later 1-year extension.

Who it's for
The Fast-Track fits you if:
- you're aged 50 or over;
- you're in Thailand, or arriving, visa-free, on a visa on arrival or on a tourist visa;
- you meet the retirement money test: THB 800,000 to deposit in a Thai bank, or an income letter from your embassy confirming at least THB 65,000 a month.
It's not the right route if you've overstayed, been refused or been denied entry before: talk to a lawyer first.
How it works, step by step
- Come to our Phuket office. Bring your passport and the funds for the money test; if you use the income option, bring your embassy income letter. There's no other document checklist to prepare in advance: we handle everything once you're here.
- We prepare your application, including help opening your Thai bank account.
- Go to Immigration once, to sign and have your photo taken. That's all.
- Your visa is issued 3 business days from your arrival and the start of the application, if approved.
The Fast-Track runs only through our Phuket office.

Price and payment
฿95,000, fixed. You pay a ฿10,000 deposit online to start (part of the price, non-refundable), and the balance by invoice.
The Fast-Track is filed only after all your documents have been fully reviewed. There are no refunds. If a refusal on a Full Legal Service application is caused by our mistake, we file again at no extra professional fee and cover the government fee for that filing.
Coming from abroad
You don't need to be in Thailand already. If you can enter visa-free, on a visa on arrival or on a tourist visa, you can arrive and start the Fast-Track at our Phuket office. Check your entry conditions before you fly, and plan to be in Phuket for the process. Start within about 2 weeks of arriving: the application must be filed more than 15 days before your stay ends.

The money test, explained
The retirement visa has a money test, and the Fast-Track uses it too. You meet it with either:
- THB 800,000 to deposit in a Thai bank account (we help you open it), or
- an income letter from your embassy confirming at least THB 65,000 a month.

After your visa is issued
Your retirement stay comes with the usual rules: 90-day address reporting while you're in Thailand, and a yearly extension. The later 1-year extension is included in your Fast-Track package. If you leave Thailand during your stay, you'll need a re-entry permit (not included).
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to send documents first? No. There's no advance checklist: you bring your passport and the funds for the money test, and we handle the rest at our Phuket office.
Can I do the Fast-Track outside Phuket? No. It runs only through our Phuket office.
What if my application is refused? The authorities decide every application. If a refusal is caused by our mistake, we file again at no extra professional fee and cover the government fee for that filing. There are no refunds.
Is the 1-year extension included? Yes, the later 1-year extension is included in Fast-Track.
Is the re-entry permit included? No. If you plan to leave Thailand during your stay, the re-entry permit is extra.
